最接近原始教义也是唱腔最摇滚的一版。导演玩得开，坦克飞机都拿来做象征主义，首尾“排戏”暗示的呼应神来之笔，最后换回私服离开的其他演员，把那种冷带到了最后。耶路撒冷外景和大逆光、仿油画效果的摄影牛逼到失语。Ted的耶稣最棒。此版表达出了“无人理解真神”的宗教及现实意义是最丰富的。
原来这部不是音乐剧是摇滚歌剧啊。耶稣带着一群粉丝来到以色列大沙漠搭台子唱山歌跳广场舞。服装经费明显不足，因为飞机大炮机关枪太费钱了（所以为什么要有这些啊2333
1973版的歌剧非常精彩！充满着放克，舞蹈也特别好！表演了耶稣进耶路撒冷城的故事。
