Plot Summary:Hercule Poirot finds himself investigating the murder of his dinner host, Mr. Shaitana, who was stabbed in the heart while his guests played bridge. There are eight guests and Poirot finds himself in the company of three other investigators. The foursome interview each of the other guests in turn but make little headway until Poirot manages to reconstruct the various bridge hands played at the suspects' table. In doing so, he is able to identify one particular action that leads him to identify the killer.

第10季第2集。富豪邀人来家打牌后就死在一边，菠萝分析旁桌上四人可疑性。总体说可看性尚可，疑凶少了，分析牵出的背景情节也靠谱了，没那么生搬硬造。最后推出富豪是仰药昏迷等待别人来杀他，闲得无聊了。凶手是搞基败露的中年医生。
和怪宴的思路很像。还有主题好前卫，艺术家是不是都要像达利。
原著也是跟gay有关的吗？感觉不是很好看…
果然是活腻白了，所以自导自己的死亡，这富商真是有才。那个时代的gay···
。。。为什么这片子也腐了
前半段的情节和氛围都很到位，却被后半段莫名其妙的改动毁了：巴特尔成了嫌疑人之一、洛里默夫人非但没死还成了安妮的母亲、两位年轻小姐角色置换、受害者自愿受死、凶手成了同性恋。纵观Nick Dear的改编风格我坚信这绝不是其本意，应该是制片方nc的结果！
