Plot Summary:A top-secret experiment spawns two highly intelligent life-forms: Einstein, a golden retriever with an IQ of 175; and The Outsider, a deformed monstrosity that exists to kill... and avenge its creators. 《在地球染血》的第三集，没看过前两部，但感觉这部故事比较独立，应该没什么影响。军方朝绿林投放了一个怪物，然后让特种部队去收拾烂摊子。怪物和高智商的狗都是不错的科幻元素，作为b级科幻片我觉得值得一看！
