Plot Summary:Growing up in the roughest area of New Jersey, adopted brothers Mark (Patrick Muldoon) and Tony were always "wise" beyond their years. As adults, the two have both found work as hired killers - one for the Mob, the other for the CIA. When a scheme to embezzle millions in government funds is uncovered, the evidence points straight to the top of the Agency.
