Plot Summary:In the year 2023, a huge environmental and social crisis shakes Cali, after months of drought that end in a water shortage and contamination. Meanwhile, the media has announced a coming rainstorm that has citizens in an uproar.\n\nAmbitious series project exploring a speculative narration, Turbia subtly weaves an ensemble story tinged with biblical references.
