Oaxaca可能是我最喜欢的几个城市之一，在那里第一次喝到Mezcal，了解了Agave。之前没有觉得哪种spirits真的对胃口，但Mezcal真的是从那之后就是我的最爱，独特的smokiness真的是太太太喜欢了。Agave生长的故事也非常让人回味。电影很好的展示了在酒背后的人。
tequila 和 mescal的生产者的故事，很有趣
没想到在去印度的航班上能看到这部电影。Mezcal和Tequila的区别以前去Oaxaca的时候一个司机有跟我讲过，当时没太听明白，只知道酿造储存和度数不同，原来Agave的品种也不一样。出现的好几种典型的墨西哥人长相看着也都很眼熟，把他们好的一面都展现出来，反正我对墨西哥还是很有好感的，换成印度的话，怎么看都不太亲切，我是不是有偏见了嘻嘻
