虽然剧情很好看，但是我感觉整个纪录片的拍摄前提建立在：监狱长无法掌控自己手下的员工，并且没有能力知道服刑人员的动态，这样的前提下，所以里面很多看起来很紧张的剧情点我完全无法理解，服刑人员真的会当着管理人员的面闹事吗，如果管理人员没有这个权限或者没有能力，那还要他们有什么用
