Plot Summary:Harold Hall, an accident prone young man with little or no acting ability, desperately wants to be in pictures. After a mix-up with his application photograph, he gets an offer to have a screen-test, and goes off to Hollywood. At the studio, he does everything wrong and causes all sorts of trouble. But he catches the fancy of a beautiful actress, and eventually the studio owner recognizes him as a comic genius.

看过的Harold Lloyd有声片中最好的，但默片时代的神采还是没了踪影。让人笑出来的时刻用的都是默片的伎俩。
默片明星演有声片大多黯然失色，这一部虽然是有声片，还没有字幕，但还是满有意思的，劳埃德有声电影中比较有趣的一部。
