Plot Summary:After a shooting at a police funeral, reclusive ex-cop Gannon realizes that the killer belongs to the same militia he joined after quitting the force. Knowing the police will be closing in on them, Gannon quarantines his fellow militiamen in a remote lumber mill. There, he sets about a series of grueling interrogations, intent on ferreting out the killer and turning him over to the authorities to prevent further bloodshed.

作为第一部作品还是非常用心的，概念十分清晰，光影的处理也非常大胆，比同僚S·克雷格·扎勒好不是一点半点，影片的人物在抽象和写实之间摇摆不定，但总体基调仍然沉稳，期待接下来的作品。
对故事放置背景美国民兵组织体系不了解，觉得有点摸不着头脑，看完补了下课，觉得也还不错。题材太小众！
基本没有理解导演的逻辑，最后看的迷迷糊糊，对美国政治了解不清晰，的确看不出味道，也就是专门拍给正宗美国人看的。
也许大家点赞最多的是摄影，我恰好最怕这种过于写实的打光……钓鱼执法，是的，哪个国家都是如此，暴力的机构对付的就是暴力的个体，问题是你的宪法说了维护公民暴力抗拒暴政的权力，但谁是暴政谁来界定，这是个难题……
没看懂，文化差异
片子最大的硬伤就是一直无法理解片中架构的世界，既不符合美国的现实也没有逻辑性，密室断案也不算什么类型了
