Plot Summary:As Marin and Cash trek up a mountainside to throw rocks off a cliff (symbolically representing problems or undesirable traits each has) an Arctic storm bears down on Elmo, prompting the use of the "emergency tree" -- a method to notify all residents to gather at the safest place in town - the bar.
