Plot Summary:Rao Gopal Rao(RGR) is a rich business man who is a widower and has a son(Kiran) who loves a girl(Sitara) in his neighbourhood. On RGR approoval one day Kiran and Sitara go to a farmhouse. While returning they caught in riots and kiran dies. Heart brocken Sitara is made to marry Naresh who is an orphan and in a good job. Naresh is a good man and Sitara start to fall for his innocence and good heart. Later she came to know that she is pregnant with Kiran's baby. She tries to get abort the child but her medical condition does not allow her to do so. Naresh thinks that Sitara is pregnant with his baby. Few years later Naresh and Sitara becomes parents for two kids Tarun and Baby. Rallapalli is seen as deliberate father-in-law who deliberately want to have grand children's from his daughter and son-in-law. RGR takeovers the company in which Naresh works. Tarun and RGR meet in few incidents and become close to each other. RGR feels a resemblence between his lost son and Tarun in food habits and both are left handed. Later he comes to know that Tarun is his own grandson and the son of Kiran. Naresh comes to know that he is not Tarun's biological father when RGR ask him that he want to adopt Tarun. This create dispuite between husband and wife. Sitara leave the house with Tarun as she feel guilty. After seperation they recognise how much they love each other. Tarun and Baby's strong brother sister bond unite their parents.
