Plot Summary:A documentary of the life of German actress Sybille Maria Christina Schmitz (1909 - 1955) who rose to prominence in the German cinema of the 1930s. Shunned by the German film community for continuously working during the Third Reich, she committed suicide with an overdose of sleeping pills when she was only 45 years old.
