Plot Summary:Three very different women meet at a shelter for battered women. Kathryn, a rich housewife still in love with her husband. Helen, a Catholic Hispanic who's been brutally raped by her husband's friends and now finds herself pregnant. Gina, a jaded girl from the streets who battles her own demons.
