Plot Summary:70 km away from Berlin, located in a former Soviet military airfield stands a spaceship-like metal dome. What the huge hangar houses is hard to guess. 'Hinterland' documents not only this astonishing place but also the history of the nearby town of Krausnick, from the Soviet Air Force era till nowadays .
