这版比bbc的各方面都要好一点 但是再怎么好 book本身感情的发展就不convincing（摊手）但歌是真的好听
阻碍Kiss Me Kate成为真正传世杰作的是它的book，它在细节部分是如此粗糙，以致没法把涉及的戏里戏外三重故事层面有机地结合在一起。音乐喜剧的形式变革得如此大，以致Cole Porter杰出的音乐并不能完美契合进来。而且这个录像几乎是反作用了整个production。真正的加分点最后还是演员自己的歌唱。
