Plot Summary:Journalist Elizabeth Lane is one of the country's most famous food writers. In her columns, she describes herself as a hard working farm woman, taking care of her children and being an excellent cook. But this is all lies. In reality she is an unmarried New Yorker who can't even boil an egg. The recipes come from her good friend Felix. The owner of the magazine she works for has decided that a heroic sailor will spend his Christmas on *her* farm. Miss Lane knows that her career is over if the truth comes out, but what can she do?

皆大欢喜的圣诞喜剧，芭芭拉斯坦威克的演技太灵动了。
7分。过节放假就是要看点这种热闹又不现实的东西。女主好像演过双重赔偿，属于越看越好看的类型，演技也很好。给我一沓uncle Felix吧！就是主编的最后转变态度有点突兀了
有点长。动机睿智，但是当做圣诞电影看还是蛮欢乐的。丹尼斯毛根真的越长越像赵本山= =
uncle Felix全场最佳，真是女主事业和爱情上的神助攻
