把足球流氓的丑恶行径暴露的一览无遗，和英国许多黑暗活动联系在一起，歧视，暴力，色情，毒品。而政治把经济的无奈，人民的发泄也一并统统抛进了足球。老一辈创造幸福生活，小一辈却在啃食而没有营养的活着。这是一个普遍却无法解决的社会问题，尽管流氓们也迷茫的反思自己，却无法脱离羁绊。
