Plot Summary:In a former Soviet Republic, the President is oppressing the people and with help from a former Bosnian General who's a sadist, he is extremely hated. An American reporter goes there to catch the atrocities on film but is caught. She is forced to make false statements. So the Americans sends a Special Forces unit to try and rescue her. It's a big deal for the team's leader because the Bosnian once captured him and tortured him. While there they run into a British agent who was sent there on a mission and they work together. But when they try to leave they're captured.

《终极斗士》编导组合早期作品。别的电影是电影有漏洞，这部是漏洞中拍电影。明显是成本原因，战争场面想拍大但是假的不得了。唯一的作用就是给了当年还在跑龙套的阿金斯一个展示功夫的平台，全片他演的开挂英国佬是唯一提神的设定。结尾阿金斯和反派二号打斗的场面还算不错。
