Plot Summary:Two decades before the story begins, a young girl saves her younger brother from drowning at the hands of their abusive father. The boy watches as his sister and father are consumed by flames triggering within him a psychotic fascination with fire. He brings his new interest in flames to light by burning down the children's ward at the hospital where he was housed. By the time the story begins, the boy has grown into a man and has perfected his arsonist's tendencies. The fire department finds their hands full battling, not only blazes (and Seoul's traffic problems) but a lunatic bent on eliminating those who would stop his fires.

没看完，实在是对梁允浩导演的功力不敢恭维。他拍的就没一部喜欢的，尽浪费好演员好剧本。特别是他的那部电影《假面》，画面不要晃得太厉害。
10年，足以讓一個青澀的演員淬煉出爐火純青的精湛演技。可見10年前的車叔，雖作為本片中線軸一般的靈魂人物，但卻有欠火候。作為一個自幼遭受嚴重虐待和打擊而罹患精神病的角色，相信吳鎮宇會詮釋得更天衣無縫。就劇中極其真實的火災場面而言，較好萊塢的爆破大片，有過之而無不及。
