前一半讲的日本central bankers通过人为制造泡沫，刺穿泡沫，延长recession，让公众认为央行的头头大藏省是罪魁祸首，以此来进行国内的立法、经济和政治体制改革，以此zhi解大藏省，央行获得独立性。用Engineered crises来实行结构性改革，本质终究是政治斗争，到今天日本失去了30年，在内斗的时候隔壁的海棠国闷声发大财，这样的结构性改革是不是失去了太多的机会？但也许改革后的日本才有可能有高增长的未来？后一半讲IMF和ECB有阴谋性地从陷入危机的主权国家获取利益，作者认为ECB的权利过大等等，然而这也是一方之词，自己国家的一些官员也有没有做好完整的金融监管就大力放开信贷和资本市场的责任，资本市场就是这样，你不把游戏规则搞透就来参与，肯定会被资本老手们完爆。
后半程说了一堆亚洲金融风暴和欧债危机的事，有点走题。对IMF批判的那一段立场性很强
