Plot Summary:To prevent discovery of the cruel methods he is using in building a Bolivian railway, Gillespie ( Anders Randolf ), a ruthless construction crew foreman, attempts to kill Arthur Wyatt ( Walter Pidgeon ), an Englishman sent to inspect the job.
