Heimat 号称是 People’s history of Germany，现代德国的史诗，Edgar Reitz自编自导。第一部 Heimat (A German Chronicle) 1984年播出，11集，全长16小时；第二部 Heimat (The Second Heimat: Chronicle of a Generation) 1994年播出13集，全长 26小时。第三部 Heimat (A Chronicle of The Endings and Beginnings) 2004 年播出，6集全长约700分钟。导演：爱德嘉·莱兹

Plot Summary:The series (11 episodes) tells the story of the village Schabbach, on the Hunsrueck in Germany through the years 1919-1982. Central person is Maria, who we see growing from a 17 year old girl to an old woman, and her family. The family, like the rest of the German people live through the crises after WW-I, the rise and fall of Nazism and WW-II, and the rebuilding and the following prosperity of the village (as a symbol for the whole country) after WW II.
故乡，家，亲人，是年轻时渴望自由的心，想极力逃避的束缚；也是流浪漂泊一世，最后可以停泊的港湾。时代的变化，岁月的沧桑，在如画一般的洪斯吕克面前也能稍稍凝滞，至少不怎么剧烈。外界的巨变终究还是将原本分子结构的社会彻底原子化了，是悲是喜？就像奶奶说的“一切都是赊账，是要还的”。
Maria已进入本人最佳角色行列。Otto的死非常套路，但是还是非常让人感伤啊。青春物语，吊打一批青春片。才发现蓝光版有删减...小说电影，流水账也正是一部saga，感觉就像真的用了几十年的时间来拍的。最后Maria给打光打得像圣母欸，超美惹。写实到极致，不极端却非常沁人心脾，恰如一杯清茶。看完真的哭成泪人，最后的Geheischnis点题又好听
前两集的叙事和木屐树有相似之处，黑白与彩色切换的手法非常漂亮，就是太长，没有看下去的欲望了
